Bookkeeping
includes:
upon start of cooperation: entering
opening balances into accounting software; processing accounting
documents and entering data into books; processing evidence for
value added tax; fixed assets and related agenda (preparation of
depreciation schedule); weekly/monthly statements: accounts payable,
accounts receivable; cash receipts and disbursements; preparation
year end accruals compilation of annual financial statements and
book inventory accounts;
annual statements: balance sheet; profit and loss statement.
The period and mode of transmission
documents is agreed with a client beforehand.
Tax returns:
On the basis of information and
documents you provide and above mentioned records and data processed
we will prepare all necessary regular standard legal statements,
tax returns for state institutions and financial authorities (VAT
tax, road tax, income tax legal entity/incom tax for individuals,
wages tax, real-estate tax, withholding tax etc.) and filings needed.
Accounting services:
Accounting methods and procedures
are integral part of accounting agenda, their correct application
often depends on type business activities of the client and accounting
events and therefore this part is being provided separately within
the framework of our consulting and administrative services. Partial
accounting, either on request the client or following our recommendation,
such as calculation of travel expenses, reconciliation of accounts
payable, accounts receivable and bank accounts with customers up
to balance sheet day, protocol of assets and inventory, multiple
bookkeeping etc., will be provided separately, within the framework
of our administrative services as well.
The both bookkeeping and the accounting
procedures are necessary parts of complete accountancy to comply
the processing data in accordance with the Czech legislation.
Additionally we provide other services
and support as consultancy services, administrative services concerning
accounting e.g. monthly closing of books, giving management reports
(in Czech and English), drawing up accounting guidelines.
